Is the building ADA accessible?
The August Wilson Theatre offers Wheelchair Accessible seating, Aisle Transfer seating, Companion seating, and Vision/Hearing Accessible seating.
There is a Stair Lift that provides direct access from the front of the theatre to the Orchestra level. A person does not have to be a wheelchair user to use the lift; however, the Stair Lift has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Upon arrival, please contact a member of the staff outside the theater and they will guide you to the Stair Lift. A member of the staff will assist guests with the operation of the lift before and after the performance.
Is the August Wilson Theatre equipped with Assisted listening devices?
The Kit Kat Club at the August Wilson Theatre offers D-Scriptive devices, I-Caption devices, audio induction neck loops, and infrared headsets. If an assistive device would help you enjoy the show, please visit the headset booth in the Main Lobby next to the bar. If stairs prevent you from accessing the Main Lobby, ask a member of the staff for assistance. These devices are provided free of charge. Do you offer ticket protection?
Protect your tickets by clicking the Ticket Protection add-on at checkout to get a full refund (inclusive of fees, merchandise, and concessions) if you are unable to attend this performance for any reason. How young does my child have to be to get in for free?
CABARET at the Kit Kat Club is recommended for ages 13 and up. Children under 13 are not permitted in Table Seating. Children under 5 will not be admitted. Everyone requires a ticket for entry.
Can I check luggage, coats, umbrellas, etc. at the theatre?
The coat check is located in the Vault Bar. The charge is $3 per item. If stairs prevent you from accessing the Vault Bar, ask a member of the staff for assistance.
Are photos and/or videos allowed in the theatre?
Upon arrival, you will be asked to cover up the cameras on your cell phone. Photography and videos inside the club is strictly prohibited at all times. This is an experience for your eyes only.
Where are my seats?
From Door 1, there are 6 steps up to the Orchestra level of the theatre.
From Door 2, there are 11 steps up to the first level of the theatre from the sidewalk, and 25 steps down from there to the Vault Bar. The Orchestra is 25 steps up from the Vault Bar.
There are no steps within Orchestra Table Seating, or Orchestra 1, 2, or 3. There are an additional 4 steps up to Orchestra 4, 5 and 6.
The West Mezzanine is on the 2nd level, up 19 steps from the Orchestra level, or 44 steps up from the Vault Bar. There are no steps within Mezzanine Table Seating 1. There is an elevator from the Orchestra level to Mezzanine Table Seating 2. In Mezzanine 4, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row.
The East Mezzanine is on the 2nd level, up 22 steps from the Orchestra level, or 47 steps up from the Vault Bar. There are approximately 2 steps up/down per row in Mezzanine 1, 2, and 3.
What to wear?
While deciding what to wear, keep in mind that the Kit Kat Club is kept cool year-round, the temperature may vary by area.
Is there WiFi?

Are there concessions?
Drinks and snacks may be purchased at any of the three bars, or through the Club’s delivery service, which is available at every seat. Upgrade your food and beverage experience with one of our VIP food and beverage experiences.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located on the Mezzanine level and in the Vault Bar, 1 flight up or down from the Orchestra. There is an accessible, single-stall, all-gender restroom on the Orchestra level. Patrons at the Kit Kat Club are welcome to use whichever restroom facilities best fit their gender identity or expression.
Can I purchase merchandise?
Merchandise is available for purchase in the Vault Bar and Green Bar before the show, during intermission, and directly after the show. If stairs prevent you from accessing either bar, ask a member of the staff for assistance.
