If you want to inquire about last-minute lounge availability on the day of your performance, please ask a member of the venue team after the security check. Please note that only the offerings labeled as 'Ambassador Lounge Pass' include lounge access.

What time does the Ambassador Lounge open?
The Ambassador Lounge will open when the theatre opens for seating, approximately 45 minutes prior to curtain.
Is the Ambassador Lounge wheelchair accessible?
The Ambassador Lounge is located on the mezzanine level and is not wheelchair accessible.
How do I find the Ambassador Lounge?
When you arrive at the theatre, head to the front of the line and tell a member of our staff that you’ve purchased access to the Ambassador Lounge. Our team members will then direct you to join our Priority Access line, gaining preferred access into the venue.
Is there a coat check in the Ambassador Lounge?
You are also welcome to leave your belongings in the Ambassador Lounge during Act I but will be asked to take them with you after intermission.
