Tickets may be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at our box office.

The August Wilson Theatre’s main entrance and box office are located at 245 West 52nd Street between Broadway & 8th Avenue.

Sunday 12AM – 6PM ET
Please note: advance sales are paused at the box office prior to curtain.

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

You may purchase tickets for up to nine guests per transaction. To purchase 10 or more tickets, contact ATG Group Sales at [email protected] or 888-746-1799, opt 3.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

Our official ticketing system accepts the following methods of payment: cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express®.

 

When will I receive my tickets?

Official Online Box Office PDF tickets will be sent via email at least 24 hours prior to the performance.

 

I don’t have my ticket confirmation email. What should I do?
